Troubleshooting connectivity issues Follow
There are several reasons you might experience problems trying to connect a device to our mobile app using Android or iOS driven devices. This article covers common issues and fixes.
Android
- Make sure your device is Bluetooth compatible.
- Close the Intelligent Cycling App and re-start. If this doesn't help, continue to step 3.
- Go to the settings on your device and find Intelligent Cycling under your "apps". Open it and make sure both "Bluetooth" and "locations" are active.
- If you still can't connect, make sure the device you're trying to pair with isn't already connected to another app or device.
- If this still doesn't help, please contact us.
Important
The Intelligent Cycling desktop app does not have connectivity options. Please connect using your mobile or tablet.
iOS
