When you use our on-demand content from https://ondemand.intelligent-cycling.com our instructors will guide you through a virtual cycling adventure like no other! Below, we answer some of the most commonly asked questions:

Can I connect my power or heart rate device to "On Demand" during training?

No, our on-demand classes are simply videos that you stream from the website. The videos themselves will provide guidance on-screen using colors to reference the interval intensity, and the music and the instructor will make sure you don't miss a single interval.

You can, however, use the free Intelligent Cycling app to track your training on a separate device when you stream our videos. Read on to find out how.

Can I connect to a power or heart rate device via the Intelligent Cycling app when I use "On Demand"?

Yes, you can download the Intelligent Cycling App from the App Store or Google Play for free and connect to a Bluetooth device to track your "On Demand" performance. You can either:

1. Use the "Open goal" player which you can launch from the app's main menu. It will allow you to connect to heart rate or power devices via Bluetooth. The color zones we use in the app are the same color zones used in our on-demand classes.
2. Use "browse workouts" to find our on-demand workout profiles in the app. You can find them under "special camps". If you choose this option you will also be able to connect with some home trainers like the Wahoo KICKR v5 for ERGmode control during the ride.

Can I use my "On Demand" login to log in to the Intelligent Cycling app?

No, the on-demand videos are not an integrated part of the Intelligent Cycling platform and you will need to create a login for each platform. Creating an Intelligent Cycling account to use the app is absolutely free. We will be merging the two concepts in the future but for now, you will need two separate logins.
