How participants connect to the Team Player Follow
Participants can join a live ride using our Ticket To Ride feature. This feature allows them to stay in sync with the instructor's workout via smartphone for the entirety of the ride, even if they are joining the ride from a different location.

This video will show you how to connect to the Team Player using Ticket To Ride.
Step 1
To connect to a ride you need its unique 4 digit code. If the participants are joining the ride from a different location the code should be provided ahead of time, but if they are joining a ride at the cycling studio, the unique code will be visible at the upper right corner of the main screen in class.
Step 2
All participants must download our mobile app from the App Store or Google Play and create a user if they don't have a user already. Open the app and tap "Ticket To Ride" from the home menu. Next, input the 4 digit code for the ride – in this example, the Ticket to Ride is "6713".
Step 3
After connecting to the ride, participants are taken to a pre-start screen. "Please wait for the instructor to start the ride" is displayed at the top of the screen until the ride begins. When you use the Team Player all participants must connect to a Bluetooth device to track their performance. Otherwise, they won't be displayed on the group display. Connect to a Bluetooth device to measure heart rate, power, or cadence. Simply tap the Bluetooth icon below the zone indicator in the center to connect a Bluetooth device.
Step 4
When the instructor starts the ride the workout will run in sync on all devices connected to the ride via Ticket to Ride. If the instructor skips an interval or pauses the workout, anybody connected to the ride will see those same changes mirrored on their own screen.
Step 5
Participants will now be visible on the Team Player group display with their name/alias and their live performance.
Note!
A participant will only appear on the Team Player group display if they 1) connect with the 4 digit code for the correct workout and 2) if they connect to a Bluetooth device that tracks the specific training parameter the instructor has chosen for the ride. If for example, today's workout focuses on power training, only participants who connect to a power meter will appear on the group display.
Step 6
If for some reason a participant needs to re-connect to the ride, the Ticket To Ride code will be visible throughout the workout in the lower-right corner of the main screen at your bike studio. If they re-connect their workout stays synchronized with the rest of the group.
