How to edit intervals Follow
You can edit your intervals when designing a workout. You can edit "time", "position", "RPM" and "intensity". Some of which have shortcuts for faster production time.

You edit your intervals by clicking them to make the toolbox appear. You can now edit the interval to your liking using the toolbox. You can also copy/paste, use 50/50, split, merge, delete and import other segments.
