Crossfade allows you to eliminate the silence between tracks so the tracks on your playlist blend together seamlessly. If you want to use one of our existing workouts with a playlist or to create your own, you need to change your crossfade settings in Spotify first.
On our platform crossfade has to be set to 10 seconds exactly.
First, download the Spotify Desktop app, then go to your settings. Click "Show advanced settings" at the very bottom of the list. Turn on "Crossfade songs" if you haven't already and drag the bar to 10 seconds.
