Here is a video that will show you how to add or change RPM
Note!
If you run your workout in THE JOURNEY the RPM input is important because it is a key factor when creating the profile of the road ahead of you.
When you add an interval to your workout, it will by default have RPM input set to "0-0". If you do not change that, your interval will show "FREE" in the players when you run the workout. You can add RPM by clicking any of your intervals and then input RPM in the "toolbox" on the right-hand side.
If you mark more than one interval, by clicking several intervals while holding down the "CTRL"-key, you can add RPM to more than one interval at a time. This will save you a lot of time if more intervals have the same RPM.
You can also mark an interval as "ACC" indicating that this is an "Acceleration"-interval meaning that you keep the same gear but increase the RPM to pick up the intensity. You mark an interval with "ACC" by double-clicking the lowest part of the interval. It will then be marked with black stripes to indicate "ACC". Note that "ACC" will overrule any RPM input. You remove the "ACC" again by double-clicking in the same place.
