How to merge intervals Follow
You can merge two or more intervals into one. This is useful if you want to keep the same overall length of the workout, but want to edit some of the intervals.

To merge intervals you need to start by first marking the interval you want to be the "parent" interval. When the selected intervals merge, the newly merged interval will inherit all properties of the parent interval. Always make sure to first select the interval with the intensity, RPM, and position you want your new merged interval to inherit. Mark the second interval by clicking it while holding down the "CTRL"-key on your keyboard. Merge will be located in the "toolbox" on the left-hand side.
