Session Designer tutorial

The Intelligent Cycling® Session Designer is located in the desktop app (main menu) and will allow you to create your own custom workouts to your favourite music. In the mobile app you will find a light version of the designer with limited features. The mobile designer is covered in this article.

In the video below we will walk you through the basic features of the Session Designer. For features not covered in this video, please visit our section in the help-center with articles on each feature in the designer or follow this link.
