First Steps Follow

Welcome to the Intelligent Cycling® family and the Instructor Education portal.  The following sections will teach you the basic functions of the software.  Just like anything new, it'll take a little bit of time to familiarize yourself with all the features, but consider this your first exposure.  Because there are several ways for you to utilize the software, we'll cover only the basic features in this short training.  We recommend completing each of the sections in this Education portal first, and then navigating the more specialized articles of each feature section, as needed.

First Steps

1. Download the Intelligent Cycling® software
2. Create Your Account

Intelligent Cycling® is available for mobile (Android and iOS) and desktop (PC and MAC). You will want the application downloaded on your 'home' computer (desktop or laptop), as well as your phone/mobile device.  Please note that not all commercial features are available on MAC. You can download the software using this link:

Once installed, simply log in or follow the information below for creating your account

2. Create Your Account

You can sign up directly at https://intelligent-cycling.com or sign up using the application. If you are teaching at a studio with our commercial license, your Fitness Lead/Manager will give us your email address and once received, you will get the permissions needed for the full instructor access in the system. Remember your account will be tied to the email address you use to make your account, so always log in with that address.

Once you have completed the above steps, enter the next section of the Education Portal:  The Mobile App Overview.
