How to pair your Apple Watch with the app Follow
If you own an Apple Watch, you can pair it with the mobile app as a companion app. Below you will find information on how to make it work!
Step 1 - How to install the app on your Apple Watch
- On your iPhone, open the Watch app.
- Tap the My Watch tab.
- Scroll to the app you want to add. Apps you can install will appear in the Available Apps section.
- To add an app to your watch, tap Install and approve your health care settings for the app.
Step 2 - How to connect your Apple Watch in the mobile app
- Open the Intelligent Cycling® app on your phone.
- Tap "Connect" and select your Apple Watch on the list.
- A messages is displayed with a warning asking you to open the Intelligent Cycling app on your Apple Watch.
- Open the app on your watch and then tab "got it" on the mobile app.
- Tap "Connect" again on the mobile app and they should be paired.

Step 3 - Troubleshooting connectivity
- Make sure the Intelligent Cycling® app is installed on your Apple Watch
- Make sure you open the mobile app and hits "connect" before you open the Intelligent Cycling® app on your Apple Watch.
- Make sure you granted permission for heart rate in Apple Health. Here is how you do this:
- Open Apple Health on your iPhone and tap your profile in the top right corner:
- Under "privacy" tap "apps" on the list:
- Tap "Intelligent Cycling"
- Allow "Intelligent Cycling" to "write" and "read":

- Double click the "digital crown" button on your Apple Watch
- Find "Intelligent Cycling" on the list of open apps
- Slide the app to the left
