How to import workouts from iQniter Follow
You can import workouts from iQniter into Intelligent Cycling. The import will include all intervals, RPM, position and intensity (zone) but not music tracks (you need to add this later in the Session Designer).

Note
TABULA is a 3rd party software not controlled by Intelligent Cycling. Using the software is at your own risk.
PDF PRINT LANGUAGE
If you want all columns imported from iQniter, then you must change your language to "English" in iQniter. This is done in "my iqniter" by clicking the globus icon on the top menu:
1. Download a PDF of your workout using the Print Function in iQniter
Open your workout in iQniter DesiQner and click the "PRINT" icon in the first window:
This will open a browser with a visual representation of the workout. Click the "PRINT" icon in the top right corner:
This will open a new browser with the PDF created. Click "SAVE" in the top right, choose a location on device and name your file:
2. Convert the PDF to a JSON file using TABULA
TABULA is a free software that can be downloaded from https://tabula.technology/
Once downloaded you can open it from the destination folder on your PC/MAC. It will open the program in a browser. Follow the steps below:
Open TABULA from the download folder (you need to open it from here again, next time you want to use it)
Click "BROWSE" and select the PDF workout file downloaded from iQniter and then "IMPORT"
Click "AUTODETECT TABLES" and then the green button "PREVIEW & EXPORT EXTRACTED DATA"
Click "EXPORT FORMAT" and select "JSON (DATA)". Once done click "EXPORT" and the file will be saved on your device.
3. Import the TABULA file into Intelligent Cycling
Go to https://login.intelligent-cycling.com/profile/import and login using your Intelligent Cycling username/password. Click the first field to choose your TABULA file created in step 2. Name your workout and add descriptions. Once done, click the green IMPORT button in the lower right corner:
The workout is now imported to Intelligent Cycling and you can click the green button in the low right corner, to import a new workout.
4. Finding the imported workout in Intelligent Cycling
The workouts you IMPORT will be available under the the menu "MY WORKOUTS" in the desktop and mobile app. If you want to edit the workout (adding splits into blocks and/or music) just click the 3 dots in the top right corner of the workout view (desktop app) and choose "EDIT WORKOUT".
