How to copy a workout Follow
You can copy a workout from another user and edit it to fit your needs. However, you can only copy workouts that the creator has made available for copying. The copy feature is only available on the desktop app.
Important
The copy function is not intended for duplicating workouts without editing them after copying, as there's no need to have identical workouts on the platform. Please respect this feature and use it only for copying a workout to edit it and make it your own.
To check if a workout is available for copying, click the workout menu in the top right corner. If the copy icon is visible, the workout is open for copying. You can also use the list view to quickly see which workouts in a camp or search results can be copied.
When you click "Copy," a pop-up window will appear, prompting you to rename the workout. Enter the workout name (which can be edited later) and click "COPY."
The workout will now open in the Session Designer, where you can edit it just like any of your own workouts. Please note that the music playlist is not included in the copied version and must be added manually. Once you're done editing, save the workout, and it will be available in your workout library.
Note
When you save a copied workout, it is by default set to be open for copying by other users. If you want to change this setting, see this article. Workouts you create on your own will have copying disabled by default.
