When you create a workout, you can choose whether it should be public or private and and whether other users on the platform can copy it.

Important
If you enable the "COPY" option, your workout will be available for all platform users to copy. Music is not included when others copy your workout.
To check the status of your workouts, click the three dots in the top right corner of any workout in your library.
You can also use the new “list view” to adjust settings next to your workout.
On the right side of the list, you’ll see a copy icon and a lock icon indicating public/private status. If these icons are green, they are active, meaning your workout is open for others to view and copy. If they are grey, the options are disabled. If a workout is open for "copy" but not public, only users with the direct link to your workout can copy it.
If you didn’t create the workout, the icons will appear faded (see the large red box in the screenshot). Use the non-faded icons to toggle privacy and copying options for your own workouts (see the smaller red box).
Note
When you save a workout in the Session Designer, the default setting is that copying is disabled for other users.
